A founding seat is billed monthly or yearly by the processor until it is cancelled. Cancel any time; the seat runs to the end of the period already paid, with no refund for the current period. The price is held for as long as the seat is kept.
A key is for the subscriber's own organization. A seat whose key is published may be cancelled.
Payment details and the receipt are handled by the processor. If you set an alert address and follows on your key page, they are held to send the alerts you asked for and deleted 30 days after the seat stops. See Privacy.
