Agency description

Pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, not-for-profit QKA Health Corporation will acquire various health facilities owned and operated by Quorum Health Corporation and its subsidiaries, including the Hospital of Barstow, Inc., a general acute care hospital in Barstow, California and ten other hospitals outside of California.
